The project consists of 6 m large strips of single houses on 2 floors. Within this module there are proposed different spacial housing variations with the following dimensions: 6x6 m, 6x9 m, 6x12 m, 6x15 m.

The housing strips and the circulation system are structured by two different types of catwalks for pedestrian and cyclable use, on two different levels. The first type of catwalks is on a 3 m level, is 5 m large and crosses the various housing rows. At the intersection of housing and catwalks there are spaces for shops and other utilities and also vertical connections, i. e. stairs and ramps, to the catwalks underneath. This lower catwalks are 1 m over the water level, 3 m large and run parallel to the housing strips providing the accessibility to the houses.
The houses and the relative catwalks are situated in between two channels: the one facing the houses is navigable, while the other next to the catwalk houses various floating public spaces, i. e. playgrounds with sports facilities, gardens, squares with cafés, solariums, fragments of woods.

The circulation system is made of catwalks on pilework at which are fixed the houses on floating platforms.
At the intersection of the settlement and the mainland there is an interchange knot between carriageable and pedestrian/cyclable circulation. A building crossed by the access street forms the fix head of the settlement and houses parking, bus stops, some shops and offices. The higher catwalks on 3 m level that cross the settlement start from this fix head structure.
The settlement can be formed progressively: the floating houses and open spaces can install and modify in autonomous times and modalities. The number of houses changes in relation to the used modules, allowing to support different densities.
