A sequence of recycled transport barges lightly adapted to guide wiring and tubing conforms the basic infrastructure spines. These spines have no predetermined shape nor length. They adapt to the environ-ment and plug themselves to the existing accesses. The barges are both road and selling lots.

Why should we care about the soggy soil quality whenever we can deal with a fluid that can support any weight providing a constant upright push..?
Could water become a part of the system improving settlement flexibility and mobilizing facilities?
Could we invert the infrastructure-housing construction costs so we transfer money from the first into the second improving that way living quality and fitting the budget?
Is just a floating typology really amphibious?
Could we offer a water level garden-backyard not enclosed by walls?

Could we achieve all of these premises in any kind of water landscape, even on marshy, tidal ground with flood risk?

A sequence of recycled transport barges lightly adapted to guide wiring and tubing conforms the basic infra-structure spines. These spines have no predetermined shape nor length. They adapt to the environment and plug themselves to the existing accesses.

The barges are both road and selling lots.

The selling lots may undertake regular housing construction systems and act as existing building foundation. No special adaptation is required although metallic structure systems are recommended.

Once the fixed house is build their water-level-adaptive unit is transported in and plugged to them. They may also (at prototype level) be built with recycled transport containers. They act as link between the barge and water lev-els and conform the other half of the house. As they are providing adaptation to water level, open garden and waterproof isolation of goods and emergency exit in case of flood is hardly encouraged to set the livable rooms on it.

The facilities could be static or moving sets of barges that come close or plugged into the housing spines….
